Ambassador Martiz took the opportunity to explore the possibility of sending to Panama Japanese baristas, who are experts in the art of preparing high quality coffee, with the purpose of training Panamanian high cuisine students, through the National Institute for Human Development of Panama (INADEH, in Spanish).
