TOURIST VISA APPLICATION

Please apply for Tourist Visa at the Panamanian Consulates in Tokyo or Kobe with the following documents.
The application form for Tourist Visa can be obtained at above consulates or by pressing HERE and printing out in A4 paper.

The following forms are not for official use but as SAMPLE / INFORMATION to advice the traveler what they are required to report. Since they are written both in English and Japanese they cannot be submitted at the corresponding offices by printing out and filling them and for those in English computers Japanese letters will appear distorted.


FOR JAPANESE CITIZEN'S TOURIST VISA APPLICATION, FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED:

:::APPLICATION FORM - 2 (TWO) copies with photographs（3x3cm）attached.

:::To check the Entry and Departure, ROUND TRIP AIR TICKET or its copy, or LETTER stating future issuance of ticket by travel agency.

:::Passport valid for at least 6 MONTHS after departure and an ENTIRE BLANK PAGE to stamp Visa.

:::1 (ONE) copy of the passport's DATA PAGE.

:::APPLICATION FEE - \7,000.- (From March 1st, 2008)

ISSUANCE
  • TWO WORKING DAYS AFTER APPLICATION REMITTED.
    BETWEEN 9:45 - 11:45AM AND 1:30 - 4:00.
