2015年3月10日、リッテル・ディアス駐日パナマ大使は、大使任命を機に国際交流基金の安藤裕康理事長へ表敬訪問をしました。ディアス大使は安藤理事長に対し、様々なプロジェクトを通してパナマと日本の文化交流促進の支援をしてくださっていることに感謝の意を表しました。
